First of all, get the name right second of all, who are you to say who gives anything a bad name in this country. You look like you just graduated out of diapers not that long ago. Understand this little kid...I fought for my country what have any of you done.

That is great that you care enough for this country to fight for it, but I think that bit of information is extraneous to this thread.

Oh look, you joined our IRC network again while I was at work yesterday.

FYI, since you didn't listen on IRC, your IP address is broadcast to game servers when you play, and sometimes, your subnet is displayed in IRC. IP addresses are also embedded in e-mail headers, so every e-mail you send has your IP address in it (unless you know how to spoof an IP). Also, I did not give away your entire IP address to anyone who does not already have access to it (Black-Cell staff only). I never asked anyone to use your IP to hack a game server supposedly running on that IP, nor do I condone such action, especially since it's against the law. However, you have PUBLICLY threatened to "blow [our] damn server to hell", and that brings up some interesting issues. Should anyone feel like it, they can report you to Comcast for violating your Terms Of Service (I'm sure there's someting in their Contract/Service Agreement/whatever forbidding threats to hack people). Also, if you really DO work for Vivendi Universal in their Los Angeles office, I could show up in person (with your building's security officers, since you've previously threatened to kick my ass) during my lunch someday in the future and tell them one of their employees with with a work-IP hostmask of "BA746E52.C6A409CC.3CC1367E.IP" has taken time out of work (the newest log's timestamps are PDT, so it was 2:05 PM when you rejoined) to assume multiple false identites and threaten a false lawsuit against a video game server. I'm sure they'd be thrilled to hear about it. I could also file a police report with the LAPD regarding your intent to assault me ([02:19:19] <BC_Guest> I'll kick you fucking ass bitch; subsequent comments). However, I'm not a malicious person, and I do not wish for you to lose your job or go to jail over something that can be corrected with a public apology from YOU to the administrators of Black-Cell.

If you really did serve in the Marine Corps, I apologize for assuming that you were an angsty teenager going through puberty, but you should know from your time with the Corps that you need to have respect for authority, even if you disagree with what they tell you to do. Threatening to harm someone financially by forcing them to pay repair costs on a crashed server is extremely immature, and is unbecoming of someone who wishes to be respected for serving our country. Risking your life to protect the freedoms and laws that all US citizens have does not give you the right to abuse any of them. What makes you more entitled than any other serviceman? Are you better than any others who returned from combat and those who didn't? I doubt you'd say yes, but if you would, you have problems. Most servicemen are law-abiding citizens, and I would hope you would like to count yourself among them. I salute you for risking your life to protect our way of life, freedoms, and everything else, but you need to be an honorable person to receive respect beyond that.

Comcast is a company? Gosh thanks for clearing that up I was always wondering why I could never find Comcast under connection types. Gosh, you are so smart your parents must be proud. Comcast is faster then DSL and if you need me to help you understand better then lets take a look at mbps. Comcast the "company" is 835mbps download and 384mbps upload. DSL or Verizon we will say which is also a "company" is a steady 300mbps download and a whole 150mbps upload. So, it looks like your the one in question here when it comes to intelligence Dan Anderson. Hey, tell you what Dan you might also want to email that whole company thing to Comcast too and tell them not to say that Comcast is faster then DSL.....since they use that line also......go figure even Comcast has got it wrong. What would the world do without you in it Danny? I'm guessing it would be one dumba** short a dozen. Smile

So, your little game of saying you have known hardkil for years (which I guess technically is true lol) to try and mislead people into thinking you are not him, has come to an end.

Let me make one thing clear here. First of all you're more then welcome to stop by Vivendi any time. Do you think for one second I am stupid enough to contact you with a personal company IP address linked to me? LOL.... the computer I used is an open system so, there is no way to trace its use to any one person. Second issue here is showing up with building security over an internet argument? lmfao.... they would throw you out on your a**. You started this whole deal over something stupid. I ask you to test someone for possible data hax use and you had to act like a jacka**. I run game servers and have for a long time and I think I know if someone is using or not. For crying out loud I make games I know when things are just to obvious. I'm guessing this person was your friend so, you decided to act like a jacka**. I really don't care and thats that. Oh and as far as the whole Comcast thing goes, I doubt they would really care but, I'm sure they would like to know your trying to get newbs to hack my system. Good luck on that though your never get through. You want to talk about me saying I'd blow your system yet, you're trying to get people to hack my server you are the most ironic person I have ever known.

LOL...oh boy an internet toughguy...I did not post your IP address, but simply noted that it matched the nicknames of persons that you were trying to say were not you.

This same nickname information is available to every renegade server owner just by looking at their console, or server logs, or such as BlackCell has, their bot logs everyones IP and lets you cross reference them.

You can't do anything to me, you're just pissed because I exposed your little lie. So just lay back and be 0wned, or stomp your foot an hold your breath until you turn blue, I don't care either way.

I await to hear from your lawyer...LOL

Good luck on that though your never get through. You want to talk about me saying I'd blow your system yet, you're trying to get people to hack my server you are the most ironic person I have ever known.

I don't need to trace a public IP to you; I'm certain Vivendi did a background check on you before you were hired, so it's only a matter of asking your Human Resources Department which of their employees is a former Marine who served between 1992 and 1998, and/or who had a connection to irc.black-cell.net at 2:05 PM on Wednesday, August 2. I could possibly get a legal document from the Law office I work at to facilitate this. Second, security would not throw me out on my ass for reporting a crime. This is not a mere "internet argument"; we both live in Los Angeles, so there is an imminent threat in your declaration that you would like to kick my ass. What you said may constitute a form of Verbal Assault, which is a violation of the imminent lawless action exception to the First Amendment right to free speech. Security's purpose is to prevent violence inside the building, so their presence would be REQUIRED to prevent any kind of altercation from transpiring between us. You may be right, however, in thinking they would not allow me to be in the same room as you. However, an assault conviction would not look good on your employee record or your résumé. Third, black51b has played in Black-Cell for months, and people who cheat do not stay on our server very long. Anyone who does play for months at our server and later starts to cheat will be immediately banned. I have not personally tested black51b, but some other moderator may have done so. You would have to ask one of them about that. I also do not know him personally, so there is no special treatment being given to him. Next, your profession of making games is irrelevant if you (1) were not on the Renegade development team, or (2) have not made any attempts to create/decompile/use any Renegade cheats. Regarding Comcast: I'm pretty sure they'd be interested, because if you DO carry out an attempt to crash a server using their internet service, the FBI will get involved, and I'm sure they'd like to avoid that as much as possible. Regarding your baseless accusations that I am trying to find people to hack YOUR server: first, the word you're looking for is "hypocritical", and second, I have not, am not, nor will I ever be in the process of recruiting people to attack your server. That would be a pointless and illegal action. I also doubt you can produce any physical evidence (at least, nothing that isn't falsified) proving that I have a hand in any such malicious actions. If you can, I would love to know if your "witnesses" would be willing to testify under Oath to that effect. Regarding your ban:
[01:27:43] <&BCServ4> black51b destroyed hardkil (Engineer/Automatic Pistol VS. Rocket Soldier Officer/Rocket Launcher(Weak))
[01:27:47] <&BCServ4> hardkil: cheaters
[01:28:17] <&BCServ4> hardkil: black you need to be tested like now
[01:28:44] <%havoc9826> !page hardkil you have no authority regarding tests in this server, please do not pretend to have any
[01:29:23] <&BCServ4> hardkil: don't pm me talking shit I say he needs to be tested
[01:29:37] <%havoc9826> !page hardkil and you are not a moderator, so your authority means nothing
[01:30:09] <&BCServ4> hardkil: don't get smart with me
[01:30:21] <&BCServ4> hardkil: I'll blow your damn server to hell
[01:30:29] <%havoc9826> !tban hardkil [01:30:21] <&BCServ4> hardkil: I'll blow your damn server to hell
[01:30:30] <&BCServ4> Host: (DragonServ): Temp. Banned: hardkil - Reason: [01:30:21] <&BCServ4> hardkil: I'll blow your damn server to hell - By: havoc9826.
[01:30:30] <&BCServ4> hardkil was kicked from the game
[01:30:31] <&BCServ4> hardkil has left the game

I banned you for threatening our server, simple as that. If you don't like the way Black-Cell handles moderation, go back to your own servers. Have fun threatening to crash your players' computers. I'm sure they'll be thrilled.

hardkil's other Renegade aliases
Broadcasting personal information over the internet is illegal. Thank you for the violation. You be hearing from me soon. By the way sherlock everyone knew it was me so you did nothing but, hang yourself.

Internet aliases and single portions of an IP address do not amount to personal information. Personal information includes things like full name, home address, full IP address, place of business, and Social Security Number. I work in a Law office; I'm pretty sure I know what I'm talking about, and my bosses would know even more accurate information than I do. Also, an interesting point to note: if President Bush's e-Annoyance Act (or whatever it's called) passes(d?), you'd be required by law to send me said personal information. Your threats to my person and to the administrators of Black-Cell would be sufficient grounds to declare you as such.

Anyway, I'd love to stay longer tonight, but I must sleep soon, as I have to wake up in 5 hours to get ready to go to work. I'm pretty sure you do as well. I'd be happy to continue this conversation with you later today.

Did I say I work for an ISP or in other words an Internet Service Provider. NO I work for a gaming software company there's a big difference. I can tell you worked at AOL which adds up to nothing or in other words = 0 Well, you noobs have wasted enough of my time. Good luck Renegade isn't going to be around forever, specially with all the new multi players coming out soon. I get them all for free its part of the job. Take care and have fun.

Blaze thanks for the info I got from you even though I doubt you know I got it. Take care and for fuck sake grow up!

LOL. You're right, I don't know what information you "got from me", nor do I care...You could steal a copy of my entire hard disk and you would find nothing that would neither incriminate nor embarass me, so do your worst Razz

As for growing up...LOL I won't even bother to address that.

Wow, this is all pure 100% unadulterated GOLD.

Thanks hardkil for making us all laugh, I must say that you are a fucking moron, you don't work for EA, you weren't in the marines and you are under the age of 20.

You have consistantly failed to proove anything you have said and it has been prooved that you are a lying n00b.

We havn't wasted your time, you came to out forum - to lie to us, all of your threats seem to be completely un backed up by any knowledge of what you are talking about so I don't think any of us feel too scared. Once again, thanks for dropping in to entertain us.

When you are done with that feel free to take a gun and fire it in to your temple, thx bye.
