Well, I suppose you could use Speedbit's Download Accelerator. (here)

It has an option in the URL menu called Add URL. You type in the URL of any file, hit OK, and it downloads. All you would have to do is do a properties check on the image you wish to download and copy the source URL, then paste it into the Add URL box.
