XWIS says that you have an invalid key. Either you downloaded Renegade illegally off the internet with a key generator, or you mistyped your serial, or XWIS screwed up again.

If you have legally bought Renegade, you have to attempt to get help from XWIS at http://strike-team.net

Read that thread and download the tool. Use your normal serial with the tool, then try again.
