Can you make a mini-renguard or somthing! The dumbass "You need to download renguard bla bla bla" popup get me killed 5 times a game!
I DO NOT WANT TO DOWNLOAD RENGUARD I DO NOT CHEAT!
Just make a mini-renguard or somthing so you know im not cheating.
All it needs to do is check to see if I got 2 files in my ren folder.
Stelth skins and objects.ddb.
Trying to force people to download it to stop popups, communists.
I know what ur saying "just donwload RG its easy" no its not. I downloaded it 4 times and installed it 10 times and it never worked.
It made renegade crash and made virus popups (i know nor rly a virus.

1. If your virus scanner displays RG's protection as a virus, then you should uninstall that shit and seriously start thinking of acquiring a decent virus scanner. False positives is about the worst thing a virusscanner can do. Esecially that Norton shit: get rid of it (take my advice, do it!).
2. Get help on these forums for installing problems or donj't play on RG protected forums

Learn to read son, he said he knows it's not a virus!!
And I agree with him, trying to install Renguard is a huge headache and they make the program so much bigger and more extravagant than it should be. For example, on the renegade installation screen, on the part where I specify the folder
C:\Program Files\EA Games\Command & Conquer The First Decade\Command & Conquer Renegade\Renegade ,
I press OK because this is my renegade folder, yet the program says
Reneguard must be installed into your Renegade directory!
Could it be more stupid? Can anyone help me with this problem?

norton is the crappest virus scanner you can get. but for some reason people sell computers with it because people think that it is good. "oh, that computer has norton 2006" i will have it.
but people and even big companys put crap software on their computers they sell. and dell... dont get me started. dell is the worst for slow computers. you know i have had my computer for nearly a year now i built it myself.
amd 3200+ 64
1024mb ram etc
my mum bought a computer from packard bell and everything they list as the "spec" for it was better than mine. exept ram and my computer outperforms it by miles. her computer cannot even play renegade without fps lagging. you may think their is something wrong with it? nope everything is ok.
i try to tell people why they are getting scamed but they don't bvelive me because i am "too young" agest bastards.
