I have this problem with the RenAlert FDS 0.9935 and also the same problem with the Renegade FDS while running NightRegulator. The FDS shuts itself down sometime after opening it. There are only 2 lines of startup words. Its the same problem when I click Launch FDS in NightRegulator for Renegade. This problem does not appear when I only launch Renegade FDS' exe file without opening thru NR.
Help please.

I had the same problem like this with a friend of mine. Aparently its something to do with NR. Go down a version (3.2 if 3.3 or 3.3 if 3.4) and let it auto update. That fixed the problem with my mate.
Or a clean installation.

Delete RenegadeSever.exe and rename RenegadeServer.exe.bak to RenegadeServer.exe
ever since CP1 FDS always has crashed when its tried to launch that exe from NR.... funny how it worked in the original?
i reported this bug ages ago but no1 fixed it... lol
