Hi.
Its me again, I posted this in LINUX FDS room but since its few ppl that ever look in there I post the same post here also.
I gonna run my dedicated server on linux fds.
Question:
1. What linux/unix distros does linux fds support?
2. I install dedicated renegade server on freebsd and got this.
Renegade Free Dedicated Server v1.037 GU-838 03/01/2003 - 19:00:34
Console mode active
*** Auto starting game. Type 'quit' to abort ***
Initializing LAN Mode
after that it's just stop, don't know why....hope someone can help me.
If anyone know why please post a reply here so I can start up the server in the near future.

The linux FDS is designed for Linux.. not FreeBSD
I believe the linux fds was tested on Redhat properly 7.2 or 7.3 as thats the most common distro on servers. Crimson, Mac or Blazer should be able to give more information, they should wake up in a couple hours
In the end it doesn't matter if you are who you say you are. You will still mean nothing to me.
When i have kids, everytime i drive past a fast food restaurant, im gonna punch my kid in the face, then they'll never wanna come..

Havocman: Of course I rember immortal sniper, he is still in the clan 3rd clan leader.
England: Thanks on the reply about the server, we tested it on suse 8.1 and it worked but we wanna test it for freebsd using a linux addon or what to call it....well the game starts up but frezzes on the LAN thing and wont go any further.
