Just got done reinstalling my server cause NR wsnt working so I was told to reinstall FDS. After reinstalling NR works but FDS won't create game channel. Nickname, password, and serial are all correct so I don't know what else could be the problem. Just when one problem goes away another comes up.... Rocked Over

Is the serial valid? All serials have to be valid for them to work.

Make sure the game title is valid. I have found issues that when the game title is too long (32 character I think it was), that it failed to create game channel.

Not since Xwis activated a need for valid serials.

YES, your renegade client serial works, use that. You can still play with it too.

1.) You need a valid serial.
2.) Your Renegade game serial works for your FDS.

^I should not have to had typed the "for your FDS" part above since this is in the Win32 FDS board, but so another noob like piotrkol doesn't go and say "So I can use the Renegade serial that came with the game for my FDS as well?" after this has already been explained, but I did to be careful. Just to make sure that this question doesn't get answered again.....

ISN'T THAT WHAT GOZTOW JUST FREAKING SAID. IF HE JUST SAID SO THEN WOULDN'T YOU ALREADY GOT THAT DOWN. THERE IS NO REASON TO ASK A QUESTION HE JUST ANSWERED WITHOUT YOU ASKING IT FIRST. FRUXING YES YOU CAN USE A RENEGADE SERIAL FOR YOUR FPS.
!!!-FOR THE LAST TIME-!!!

~glad I got that off my chest........

Posting this a little late but.
----------------||----------------

Well let me explain a few things to clear this up.

I really do take alot out of proportion alot and am sorry, this is due to stress, depresion, medication, irritation, and excesiveness in my thoughts. With my condition this is unfortunatly uncontrolable.

As for this post....

I was really not meaning to take it out of proportion or take it to far but I did, however this post was not one of my usual crazy out of proportion outbursts.
This was actually my thought going on in my head at the time exactly as posted, and I had no intention of posting at all. Now I did have intensions to flame, but only in my head. It accedently came out into the thread and at the time I was thinking it wouldn't harm much and it was in a mild, joking manor. I was really wrong, messed up and posted it. I added the part at the end because even though I was thinking it was a mild, joking, and harmless partly humorous(only to myself) mini-flame post I thought it was a little 'intense' so I added the no offense part.

Sorry but that's how it happened. Don't hang me for it please, it was an accedent. Dont Get It

---Peace
