Alrighty, I load up my renegade, and I get to the Advanced Server Listings button. Click it, and to my avail! *Gasp* Requesting Server Listings Times Out! Any Idea How I can get by this? I've tried just about everything now.
Thanks in advance.

check if your firewall didn't block it or if windows firewall didn't turn itself on.
You can find me in The KOSs2 (TK2) discord while I'm playing. Feel free to come and say hi! TK2 discord

I no longer have a firewall, and one time I got to the advanced server listings but then it wouldn't let me join any games cause it kept timing out lol... It used to be fine, maybe it's just an ISP problem for today.

Okay...Im not running a firewall, but it said unable to negotiate firewall port failure or something or other. It's utter bullshit if you ask me. Im hoping that this little problem will time it's self out because this was my day off and I wanted to play renegade.

Have you checked your connection to see if you are losing packets?
Here is the text for two .bat files. Just copy and paste into notepad and give it the .bat file extension. Then double click to run it. To show file extensions,
In windows explorer tool bar >tools > folder options > view > un-tick "hide extensions for known file types"
If you don't have a firewall or XP SP2 you will be able to recieve
"incoming echo requests"
The 127.0.0.1 is your computer or localhost. The ping should be less than
1 millisecond. The 70.84.132.91 is = to www.renegadeforums.com you can use your
ISP domain if it's ping-able, or any domain that's ping-able. I would suggest pinging your ISP or another number in that domain.
ping -t will ping the server until you press
CTRL + C ping -a will only ping it 4 times.

cut line
ping -a 127.0.0.1
ping -a www.renegadeforums.com
pause
