I'm having a problem with Renegade nowadays.
Here's what happens:
Whenever I try to run RenAlert or Renegade, it will load Renguard (for Renegade) and then when I click Renegade, Renegade is run fullscreen but before any cutscenes of the EA logo appears, it will crash and tell me that "Renegade has encountered an error and needs to close." Clicking debug didn't work. The next time I started Renegade, the Config dialog box that will appear the first time you run Renegade will appear and the game will then run properly later. I want this problem to go away so is there anyway to troubleshoot?
I have CP1 and CP2 installed.

did you try reinstalling the game completely (in a different directory)?

Renguard isn't loading when I play APB. I meant that for Renegade. This problem just came around a few months after I reinstalled the game (another problem but solved). Somehow it will happen randomly.
