I find the way he can butcher the English language, insult people (poorly, I might add), and act like a general fucktard and yet claim he has done nothing wrong (or, as he so eloquently puts it, "rong") to be both shocking, and highly amusing.
EDIT: I second the "Internet literacy test". Though people would probably turn off their stupidness for it and then just start being dumb, it would at least weed out the genunine idiots.
Furthermore, if he has evaded a ban, drop the banhammer (again.) And, from the presented evidence, the case is quite strong against him.

I believe he may be trolling, but he is not the only one doing it. Seems to be several, I may go so far as to say a group of trolls posting about the forums. Hell, I think you may be a victim yourself on a thread in the politics section. I believe Warrento has been leading you on, or vise versa.
