I don't really like cheese much, but for example Gouda is pretty good. I find that european cheese is usually better than american. Swiss chese is probably the best.
One more thing. In my former country, people make cheese from Sheep milk!! I am dead serious! My country is probably the ONLY country in the world that uses Sheep milk to make cheese. I wish you could try it, it is quite good.

Nah, rather not try it with human milk. We, as humans, are disgusting enough as it is. After all, we eat other animal's babies, and the animals themselves.
