I am new to the whole create ur own map business, and i have been looking round for a basic, extremely basic tutorial to help me make maps in gmax / renx. Can sum1 tell me or point me in the direction of a SIMPLE and EASY tutorial that gets down to the basics? thank you, LCRPlappo

There are a few in my tutorials section written by various members of the modding community that may help. My site is currently here. I reccommend SomeRhino's basic terrain tutorial to make your terrain as it shows a good method and also how to use alpha blending. This tutorial and also a link to RenHelp are also on my site.

Wow! loadsa links to test! A great respone, thanx: ill try them and tell you which is the best for me, hopefully, (if they are simple enough lol) i should have an extremely basic mp on soon, then u lot can give me some pointers......]
