When anybody plays on servers like Dragonnade, Black-Cell, or
my favorite: n00bstories, (maybe they are all the
same  , I don't know) the players have the ability
to lock vehicles, to use the !buy_veh command, have the crates
on the map, become a veteran, and so much more, is there
anything I can download to have those things, so when I host a
game the players and myself can use those things????

Use something like brenbot,BlazeRegulator or NightRegulator. And also download the SSAOW 1.5. Search on this forum.

I havent played on a Brenbot server in so long. Dragonade is addictingly sexy, but yea, get dragonade. should be on black-cell.net's page, if not i can get another link for ya.
