My Desktop at school in C++ class, where I do most of my posting from. I can't change the wallpaper, I can't add icons, I can't do anything. 
Edit: The file's too big, and I can't download any programs to make it smaller. Dammit...

I've used Gentoo before. It's really annoying to have to compile every god damn thing you get.

Gentoo is designed for people who know which compile flags work best with their computer, and are willing to tweak make.conf a bit.
I've found it a lot easier to use on 64-bit systems rather than depending of (often broken) 64-bit packages from binary distros.
