Just felt like bragging...
I'm writting walkthroughs for Renegade's single player at http://www.RenegadeWiki.com. Out of all the topics, this is perhaps the most extensive and thankless of them all.
Of course I'm nowhere near done. I've only gotten up to the 4th mission or so. Still, I'd appricaite some constructive critism from you guys, if you have the time...

I have played this game online like forever but never actually bothered to play the single player, lol. Anyway, it is a good thing people are willing to spend so much time contributing to this community. I say keep up the good work!

It's been done at http://planetcnc.gamespy.com, but the walkthrough their is terrible and undetailed. Besides, even if there is a walkthrough out there, RenegadeWiki doesn't have one yet.

Great job, Dover. I only regret that I finished the game before said guide was written. The other guides were... words my parents will not allow me to type, and I was better off without. But this... this is beyond hum-, er, I mean average. I believe the term is "Kudos." Have them. Have all Kudos.

I have used the planetcnc walkthrough once, when replaying all missions on hard and it helped me quite nicely.
Well, if you're wanting to hold people's hand so they can finish the single player then you have my blessing.
I too however, believe more in tips and hints to at least keep the fun in it.

If you mean westwood.com, or what was once westwood.com, it was more or less destroyed by the great people at EA. It may exist somewhere on that site, but it isn't worth the trouble to look for it. Thus far, Dover's is the best I've seen.
PS: Your article on the Ramjet was pretty good. That was you who wrote it, right?

I don't think so...I may have cleaned it up a little, I don't remember.
I did write the article on the Orca/Apache though. However, that article is saturated with my personal experiances and tactics and dogma and what not...

Oh, I remember the Orca [guide]. It's funny that in this game, you want the "high-ground" in an air-craft, but it is true. I plan to use your guide to beat single-player on commando difficulty if I get the time.
