Strange problem with text missing [message #195179]

Hi, after reinstalling my renegade because of problems with my serial, I'm getting a glitch where none of my text shows up and I can't click on anything. Has anyone had this problem or have a solution for it? I've tried reinstalling it about 7 times, to no avail. I've tried installing CP2 to no avail as well.. Nothing I try seems to work, so could someone please help me with this?

Remove all entries for Renegade in the register. Or try installing in a different directory, that also often does the trick Wink

Does that not have something to do with the string file being corrupt. Or maybe thats when everything gets displayed as TTbff or something like that.
