ok im tryin to play in windowed mode but it keeps sayin that there is an error,and askes me if id like to report it to microsoft.

Are you using anything like TeamSpeak Overlay? It can cause issues such as these.

Try updating your graphics drivers, or next time it happens, click "more info" or whatever it is, and show us that that says.
