RED ALERT WONT START [message #193687]

I recently got my new red alert 2 and it installed perfectly and everything. Then when I try to start it I get a pop like the pic below. So I try unistalling it but the uninstaller crashes! Anyone know how to help? The one that I have was made by a company called Sold-Out Software(not sure if this matters), and the disk case and the cd's have it written on them. Before I installed i had another folder called redalert i got off limewire in my local disk C but it overwrote it.
