Apparently the production of Starwars Episode 7 is'nt going to start until 2012. And released until 2020.

I wouldn't doubt that for a second.

There is a guy on the net called "SuperShadow", who claims to be a friend of George Lucas and basically just makes up a load of crap about Star Wars. Any stuff you read about Episodes 7-9 probably came from him and isn't true. It's possible that Lucas will make more Star Wars films in the future, but I'm pretty sure he's stated there are no plans for a new trilogy.

Good, Star Wars needs to die. There should be no room in television OR movies for poorly written, crappily acted science fiction.

Yes, long live Star Trek! Even if the USS enterprise episodes are nowhere as good as Voyager.

Interestingly enough, no Trek series has lasted longer than 7 seasons.

Stargate is just incredible and it's unfair to compare and Sci Fi series to it. The actors, plots, and feel are just great.

I hope they don't gay up Star Wars to make it more TV-friendly.

ya man stargate is the best sci-fi show that still shows new episodes . Babylon 5 wich unfortunatly only lasted 5 seasons was the best show ever though, but that was all it was meant to last for which is cool.

The new Battlestar Galactica is the best sci-fi on tv right now, IMO. Big Ups

They do intend for it to end after 7 seasons...7 year missions...except for Enterprise, which just made me sad.

Big Ups Are you a Voyager? Big Ups

Me too. I saw the whole series like three times. I think it is the best Star Trek series.

Too bad Babylon is gone. It could be as long running as Stargate though (or could it?)
