Here is the source code for the server-side scripts shipped with the RA:APB 0.9935 FDS, for all the modders to use.
Unzip this over a straight scripts.dll 2.5.x codebase and work off that.
EDIT: You will need Visual Studio .NET 2005 to use the supplied project files, for Visual Studio .NET 2003, use the project files from the 2.5.x zip file and add 4bot_lite.h, 4bot_lite.cpp, profile.h and profile.cpp to the project.
