You would install a No-CD crack through any means you normally would have. RenGuard does not install a No-CD crack for you.
Once you have RenGuard installed, you should be able to simply run it. If it does not start to install CorePatch 2, you should make sure that CorePatches are enabled in your RenGuard options screen.
If I remember correctly, CorePatch 2 includes the game2.exe which comes with The First Decade, which does not require a CD (nor does it require The First Decade -- it is completely compatible with your current CDs).
