There are many requirements.
1) able to work as a team, and able to hold your own when needed.
2) good with the sniper rifle (around a 1:2 hits per shot)this is not a real requirement but it would be nice to know we've got some marksmen on our side.
3) must have a brain, not looking for morons.
4) able to play when scheduled.
5) able to take orders. (like defending a certain part of the base when ordered to do so.)

I'm not looking to dominate right off the bat, just looking for good/average players that can have fun and keep up with the opposing team.
