I'm pretty sure this is in the wrong sub-forum. In any case, the first game in the series was Command & Conquer, also known as "Command & Conquer: Tiberian Dawn"(or sometimes "Tiberium Dawn"). This is what Renegade is mostly based off of, as it seems to take place between Tiberian Dawn and Tiberian Sun. I can't give you the official release dates for all the games myself, but I can reassure you in that Command & Conquer: Tiberian Dawn was the first game ever made.(Though, I guess if you wanna get technical, Westwood made Dune before Command & Conquer. Dune's pretty much the same game with different units. Sort of. But now I'm just being ridiculous. ^^;)
Oh, and yes. Tiberian Dawn was ported to not only the Nintendo 64, but the Sony PlayStation(with Link Cable capability!) and the Sega Saturn. It came with The Covert Operations on the PlayStation.(They were accessable through a code.)

Well... Considering the N64's first game(unless I missed my guess), Super Mario 64, was released on June 23rd, 1996 in Japan -- the Nintendo 64's point of origin...I'm pretty sure you're mistaken. Additionally, I don't think there was ever a game called "Command & Conquer: Commando". Though there was a game called Commando for several gaming platforms. The most widely-recognized one would be the Famicom/NES port of the classic Capcom game where you play a Rambo-type militant bent on single-handedly taking out all opposition.
