i got 2 screens of nearly one whole topic off people banned..???

They aren't banned. Those are just old posts, where the user name & no. don't exist. I guess you could say they're "ghost users".

The "Member #: -1" has nothing to do with a person being banned. It does that when the board encounters a user name that isn't registered, since it doesn't have a member number it gives it the -1. This happens when a person's account no longer exists (as in deleted), or like in this case, when the posts were moved from the older board.
