OK, my friend, B32154, was banned for not taking a screenshot of some guy's head, and he didn't know how to take a screenshot at that point in time. He cannot logon to certain rooms (blackcells), and he says he is banned by "host".
Could someone please explain why this should be allowed to happen?
he had asked for help on taking a screenshot, but was ignored.

An explanation would be greatly appreciated.

He is not banned from RenGuard. He is probably banned from Black-Cell's servers, in which case, this is not the right forum. Instead, you should try http://forum.black-cell.net.

Knowing how to take a screenshot is sadly a requirement for playing on some servers.

(But Kanezor has addressed your issue, you need to see black-cell)
