I have had this problem before but it has seemed to fix itself. When I am moving or editing objects the thing is usually 3 arrows a blue red and green one. I guess i am pushing some button by accident but now those oare gone and to move something i need to manually set the acis on wich it will movve on. This is very annoying and slows down anything i am doing. How do i fix it?
