every time i go to install my game it closes at the beginning anf says there was an error would u like to report it . i dont know whats wrong

Renegade is crashing, and Microsoft is showing the "report error" dialog.

First try re-installing, it's always the easiest thing to try.

He means that when he tries to install Renegade it crashes, showing him the error and then it will ask him if you would like to report it to Mircosoft.

Anyway, is this a new PC?
