i have just tryed to install rengaurd and it says cannot connect,conciding that it isnt even my user name. what is going on why should i have to pay to get unbanned when i have done nothing? someone has mad e a mistake if this cant be fixed im not paying and / or playing ren anymore because this is not my fault and is unfair.

Your ip range/isp matches the one from the user we caught trying to bypass RenGuard

so what do i do then if our ip's are similar? cause i cant change that and ip is an ip, any help would be much appreciated thank you.

BBFMark has not used the same IP on WOL as nans3000. Perhaps your RenGuard logs show differently?

I have removed the ban for nans3000 and replaced it with a hopefully more stricter ban for this individual.. all the innocent users should be able to use it again
