My girlfriend Sarah has a brother named Dylan who's usually called upon by their family to attack creatures nobody else wants in the house. He's already gone after a bat in their old house in the middle of Indiana before, so one of his friends asks him to get rid of a bat in his basement.

He's only armed with a tennis racket.

I think you took my comment the wrong way. I was saracasmically criticising the fact that they killed an animal that probably would never have hurt them. If it were me, I would have simply caught the bat and put it outside.

You haven't seen a house with crap EVERYWHERE until you've lived with my family. Trust me: the way the home was in the video is CLEAN compared to my house. And we don't have rodent problems.

Do you realize how fucking hard it is to catch a bat? Then if you do actually grab it if it bites you it might have rabies.

lol, I can't believe that he took down a bat with that soft of a blow. It didn't look like he was swinging too hard.

"Frag out" is in a lot games besides Halo. In fact, I don't remember it being mentioned in Halo.

The Marines in Halo will yell "Frag Out!" when they throw grenades sometimes. Though yeah, you are right, it's in alot of games. I realised that about five minutes after I posted, and started up Halo.

It is JUST a bat. Granted, killing it wasn't necessary, but the world's not going to go spinning out of control because they killed a bat. The bat probably would have died soon enough if it didn't get any food, anyways. At least it doesn't seem that the bat suffered. It's not like it was flopping around and then died.

A bat is nowhere near the value of a human life, so it makes no sense to try and compare the two. It's illegal to kill a human, is it not? Is it illegal to kill a bat? Hmm... I think not.

whoa.

Didnt you watch the video? That place had to have food for a bat....I highly doubt there wasnt 1 flying insect in that place. Bats are very easy to catch. Everyone knows all you need is a pillowcase and a broom. Or are pillow cases considered a luxury there?

I doubt there were enough insects for the bat, anyways. A bat can eat 10,000 mosquitos in a night. Sure, they're extremely small, but 10,000 isn't exactly a small number.

Hey, they didn't have to kill it, but I don't see them purposely killing it. They didn't hit it that hard.

whoa.

Even if they did hit it, spare the whining. Go kill a bat or something.

Is that house in West Lafayette? I noticed the Purdue logo (I go there) on the little table they had there.
