I saved up enough money and decided to get battlefield 1942 because of all the hype. What a waste of money.

I hated it. The graphics were not as good as renegade and the sound was total crap. The guns sounded like peashooters. Using a vehicle was hard because teamwork is scarce in that game and the controls make it damn near impossible to fly a plane.
There too much lag for me too handle. On every server I tried it was lagging like hell.

I wasted 100$ for this coaster material game and its expansion pack. Crying or Very Sad

Both are great games.
What the fuck is wrong with you.
You just don't know how to play.

I suck cock and love it... absolutely love it. And I just got banned for being too immature to be allowed to post here.

Well, then you are a closed minded fool. Battlefield is a great game. My average ping ingame is 40-80, my FPS is 30-60, and I find the graphics quite adequite for a game as detailed and thorough as that.

Planes are quite easy to fly, if you know how to fucking fly them. If all else fails you, use a fucking joystick. Vehicles in general are really easy to drive. It's more accurate to what it's like in real life when you hit a bump or divet in a road. If you didn't want realism, then you did waste your money.

Renegade is quite inferior in the realism factor that BF1942 has. If you like that, thats cool, but that doesn't make BF a bad game.

You think the planes are difficult to fly? I agree at first yes, maybe for the first 10 or so flights, but after a VERY short while i was completely able to fly them perfectly and bomb/kill ANYthing i needed to.

The flying controls are simple, there's NOTHING complex about it once you've an understanding of them. As for the graphics being worse than Renegade I completely disagree with you. I trust you're running the game on full details across the board on a 2000+ ghz PC?

So, I have one tip, and ONE tip only.

DOWNLOAD A DEMO BEFORE BUYING ANY GAME.

They had multiplayer AND single player demo's if you made the effort to check. If you bought the game from anywhere decent, chances are they have a 28 days return policy - check it out.

I apologise if this is a little hostile, but I don't take kindly to people hitting down on a great game. Give it a chance.
