Just throwing in my 2 cents.
1. I have no bad feelings towards Adad, I don't even really know the guy. The only time I have talked to him was when he asked me for a vhost on our network.
2. I believe that Adad did not purposefully intend to exhaust all of the serials. From what I understand he was just trying to get "a bunch" and the script was basically an (unintentional) endless loop and quickly claimed thousands of serials (all the remaining ones).
3. I have tried contacting Adad to talk to him. However the irc network where he can be found is also full of people who dislike the admins here, me included. So the last time I went there, I had just enough time to PM Adad before I was /killed and gzlined. In the PM I told him simply that I wished to talk to him, and that he could come talk to me on IRC, or on AIM, and I gave him my screename. He never contacted me.
That being said, I do have some questions that I was hoping to clear up by talking to him:
1. If he reserved a mass amount of serials "in case the serial server didn't come back up", then why doesn't he want to see them distributed in an efficient unbiased manner?
2. Why on earth would he turn down an offer of $100 in echange for a tiny portion of the huge amount of serials that he has? The serials themselves are not worth anything and as someone pointed out there is no money to be made selling them on ebay or something, and if he has 50,000+, what could compel someone to pass up $100 in exchange for 1000 of them? There is only one answer to this question, and that is either "hate", or "spite". So I'm thinking he either deeply dislikes BHS or specific members of BHS, or perhaps even feels that one of the BHS members wronged him somehow in the past, and thus he does not want to deal with us. I would really like to talk to him about this, because I have a feeling that whatever the issue is, it's probably a misunderstanding.
3. Why does he refuse to talk to any of us, either by just replying on these forums, coming to our IRC (I know what happens if I go to his IRC), or relaying a neutral place to talk via the people here that apparently are allowed to safely talk to him?
I have a feeling that person(s) unknown, have been "filling his head" with who knows what about BHS, because I really dont understand what harm he could see in there being an again working web page that people could request serials from. So I have to think that for some reason he is making it personal, and since I don't know of anyway that we have wronged him, he must be listening to the folks that he hangs out with that do not like us for various reasons.
Some people have suggested that it is a "power" thing, that he enjoys being the only person with all of the serials, and likes being able to pick and choose who can have one and who can't...but to be honest I never saw him as that type of person, and until I talk to him and hear it from him, I don't believe that is the case.
Adad, if you are reading this, or someone has pasted it to you, can we please have a conversation? I just want to tell you about the web page that can distribute the serials. If you want it can even have a banner that says "Thanks to Adad" if recognition is what you are after...our only interest is in restoring the automated service. So give me a chance and hear me out. All I want is a chance to prove to you that what we are trying to do is for the benefit of everyone. If you for whatever reason don't want to help, that's fine just say so and why, and we will stop trying to contact you.
EDIT: And to everyone else, please try not to bash Adad in this thread...since we havn't talked to him personally, we have no idea what his real intentions are, so there's no need to speculate and say negative things based on those speculations. The reason this thread was created was to contact him and formally ask him for some serials, and show him that other people would like to see the automated process restored.

By saying that you mean you're going to let them do all the work and leech serials off them once their work is done.
That or yout wanted post count +1. Of course, if it is just to get +1 I hope you know that your opinion in that pointless post was not needed. In fact you might aswell have posted "Yes." and be done with it.

CloudyOneStudios = CloudyServ? Look at the pic, I was on the "Adadserv" which is hosted on WOL US last night. Small server running exactly the same modifications as the MP-Coop serer.

CloudyOneStudios made CloudyServ( cs.cloudyonestudios.com ). I believe the first version(s) were made by CloudyOne but the recent work was done by Adad. AdadServ is a co-op server, I am assuming that is the mod you are talking about?

Yes, but in comparison to MP, I had a ping of 500(!) on it, although it's an 8 Slot server. MP has only 200 due to the fact I'm connected from Europe (all WOL US servers aren't below a Ping of 170 on my side, I know you US/Canadian guys have green lights -I have only yellow in the game listings). Never figured out why, I have this issue since WOL changed some settings last summer.

The reason you had a high ping on Adad's server is because it is located in China.

I support this primarily because I need a serial to install RenegadeFDS to start up a server for my clan.....But, I also agree with the others of this topic that there should be a limit to how many serials you can claim. I would say that no one person can obtain no more than 5 or less serials. Otherwise, full support!

Now I know what Adad want to do= He would like to fill up the WOL Pacific with servers! 
Good Job, Adad, go for it!! And I thought, the pacific channel is for testing purpose only...
