my computer has been fine lag wise but today i went to play on it and my computer kept on jumping this has never happened to me before it has only just started please help me and yes i do have broadband

Or Yahoo. Renguard will rob you of, maybe 1 or 2 points of FPS, and FPS doesnt equal lag, so dont worry about it laggin you. If you have Xfire, try shutting it off. As a matter of fact, shut off everything except Renguard, Renegade, and your Anti-Virus program, and try that. If that doenst work, scan your computer for virus' and do a Defrag. After that, try it again. If it works, gradually start shutting off less things. If it doesnt work, then i suggest looking at your total memory, used memory, and available memory. If you have more than 85% used memory, take something off unless you have over, like 90 GB.
