i installed the latest reguard(1.03) and all was fine until entered a game and got a pop-up message stating i need to install renguard? only thing is i am running renguard. help please. i dont know what it could be.

Start
|
-Run
enter Regedit and pres enter
Go here in the registry.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Westwood\Renegade
in the window on the right, change the "name" string to the name you use in WOL.

Sometimes the server does not recognise you are on renguard. Try doing !rg <yourname> and see if it says you are using renguard. If it says you do, then NP: it's just the recognition system playiong up. If it says you aren't, then it could be that you need to restart. Don't forget : every time you use another name, you will have to login to WOL, get out of renegade and restart renguard so it remembers your name.
