On my server, to add a moderator, is all i need to do is add him to the admins.brf file.
2nd, how do i add a temp mod.
NOTE: I'm the host of the server, so i don't know what goes on in game.
I'm running the server on game-spy, so if anyone who can help me out by getting me a fds serial number thats NOT in use so i can run it on wol, i will let you be a moderator on the server, but you MUST use renguard. I will not have a cheating moderator.
Once i get the serial number, you will then be added, if and when i find out someone else i using it, i will delete you from the moderator list.

a temp moderator is created by typing !atm playername in f2 chat. Once they leave they are no longer a temp moderator (the temporary part is a hint here)
