Hello, I want to host a server on my computer, i have very fast internet and i want to have all of the commands such as: !rg name or !vote kick (name) <reason> etc etc... I have no clue where to start or what to download, I also want to play in the server too.... Anyone have any suggestions on where to start? I want it to be rengaurd supported too....

Get Renegade FDS, and a serial. Then youl need to download BR.net ore Brenbot. You have to know a couple of things about the fds to configure it.
Once thats done you are basicly set.
But whats a fast internet c0nn? Download is nice but it isnt what your server need. Its the upload.
And something like a Dual Core cpu to run renny, and Renegade at the same time, ore a other machine on your net work
