If they add things like spectater mode, no vech limit, flame thrower upgrades, pistol loaded already for you etc. and things thatwould affect the game itself, would mean that only renguard users could play. Not everyone will want to get reneguard. NOt jsut because they could be a cheater... Its too complicated

The server owner chooses to implent which feature he wants, so basically play on servers which you like. This is the same with Rengaurd.
