It ain't a war crime. War crimes don't exist, that's why it is war... Think about it. There's no way of doing war without killing people, if killing people is a crime than all war is a crime. Which probably is true though...
Even so a "war crime" as a word doesn't exist.
And it is an intresting article indd. Unfortunately now we are 'civilised'...

Geneva convention is just bullsh*t, tbh. It are rules that count until someone breaks them. Then there's no way of enforcing those rules, and surely not without breaking them yourselves...
Shooting the poor bastard that surrended isn't half as bad as shooting thousands of innocent citizens, but both happen. Hence not a war crime, just a part of war.

Recently there have been terrorist attacks in London, where I work. There was a bomb detonated 100 feet away from me, and i had a day of chaos. My entire family work in London with me, and due to the chaos, mobile phone networks were jammed so no one could call eachother. Police where everywhere and there was mass panick. The streets where filled with people running in all directions but nowhere to go as London was all sectioned off. There was nearly a riot. I was slap bang in the middle of this and worried that my family might be amongst the victims of the terror attacks. My dad actually gets the same bus as the one that was bombed, and he got the bus around that time, so i was really worried about him. As it turned out he was on the bus 30 minutes earlier to this and all is now well, there are still terrorist activties happeneing in London, and only a few days ago someone got shot 5 times for being a suspect bomber, also there was another attempt of bombings on public transport.
However, inspite of all this, I believe the suggested plan is not the answer.

Just because they happen doesn't make them less of a crime. Using this logic, robbery should be legal, simply because hurting someone in the process of a theft, is just part of the theft.
