It didnt, EA are just money Whores and closed it and relocated the staff to a larger building in LA
In the end it doesn't matter if you are who you say you are. You will still mean nothing to me.
When i have kids, everytime i drive past a fast food restaurant, im gonna punch my kid in the face, then they'll never wanna come..

So, Westwood is still around? Or did EA shut Westwood down and move all the Westwood empoyees to EA? (In LA)

Depends, after C&C Generals C&C games don't seem as good made by EA. I'm not sure if EA could pull it off like westwood did. Maybe if the westwood team are involved greatly in it's development then it may just work. Other than that I say let the C&C series rest and be remebered for what it was great for without overdoing it.

Only the E&B team and a few select others moved to Redwood Shores. The majority of people that moved went to EALA in Los Angeles. A lot of people were simple fired because EA didnt want them to move, and a lot of people didn't want to move from Vegas or didnt want to have anything to do with EA after this. Some people from EA Pacific didnt move either - since EAP wasn't the huge success and wonderful happy place that it was made out to be.

There is no Westwood anymore....just money-grabbing EA. I don't know how much Larry Probst had to do with this, but he's the CEO of EA so I blame him... and here is a photo of him... if you want to moan about him, burn it or whatever.
