I was making a joke, dumbhead.

Haven't you ever read Calvin & Hobbes?

"To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public." -- Theodore Roosevelt (1918)

"The danger to political dissent is acute where the Government attempts to act under so vague a concept as the power to protect "domestic security." Given the difficulty of defining the domestic security interest, the danger of abuse in acting to protect that interest becomes apparent. --U.S. Supreme Court decision (407 U.S. 297 (1972)

$1200 a YEAR for gas is not bad at all. That's $3.33 a day... We get to pay such low (and yes, they are low) prices for gas because the rest of the world pays a collective arm and leg.

Or, get a hybrid. I think Honda plans to have a fully electric car by 2008.

"Javaxcx"

While the British gas prices may be through the roof, the public transit there is thousands of times better than the systems in the west.

Exactly. Many people don't really take that into consideration. I mean, have you used public transportation outside large cities excluding air?

no, because Public Transportation outside large cities sucks. Not only do buses not have stops when you need them, but it takes a god awful amount of time to get to the destination you need. I don't have two hours extra in the morning, i need transportation right away.

When history witnesses a great change, Razgriz reveals itself,
First as a dark demon,
As a demon it uses its power to reign death upon the land;
and then it dies.

However, after a period of slumber, Razgriz returns.
This time as a great hero...
