I have tried many things in ipconfig such as ipconfig /renew, ipconfig /registerdns, I don't really know what else I can do. In my router configuration, I have the DHCP server enabled, but when I do ipconfig /displaydns it shows that DHCP is not enabled. I am trying everything to get my parents pc to assign mine an ip, but nothing is working so far. I am pretty sure it has to do with DHCP but am not sure.
