If its a temp of a common thing then Delete all, reinstall. Keep your mod folder though, and just delete "Objects.dbs" and "Conv10.cdb" from the presets folder.
Knowing the item that your trying to temp would help. Also try to avoid any Double-clicks on the temp button, this has cause mine to crash before.
