Check to make sure your Perl install is complete...If your Perl is broken, that can break BRenBot (which is written in Perl)

Looks like a firewall problem.
brenbot didn't get the master server list from renguard, it can't get to irc, and it is having a renrem problem.
Something messy is going on.

A wheel in POE is a way to run a sub process, in this case, the tailing of the renegade logfiles. Renewing the wheel means that it is re-starting the task with new/different parameters
