check your port, ip and pw match up in the FDS and BrenBot config files. If you upgraded brenbot it will have gone back to the default settings (if you dont know what im talking about here you probably need to learn more about ren servers).
Also you need to make a text file called ssc_ignore.txt in the brenbot folder with just your renegade username in it IF you are playing on the same comp as the server, something to do with how RG works server-side i think....

well i ditent had the ssc_ignore.txt file i made it and it worked
but the fds and bren ip are all the same..
but still gamelog is off ...
testing the rec message's now

gamelog should be on by default, but if it isnt get into the IRC channel you set it to and type "!set gamelog on" without the quotations of course.
The message problem is most likely a port/ip problem, check and double check them.
