-_- you can make snipers free and you can replace the engenere as a sniper, just change the buy preset to deadeye, or somethin... i don't know about te crash, you can always duplicate deadeye and black hand and make the names of those presets minigunners... (as for the spawn without weapons, it's best if you do so they can't move until they buy a sniper, and they can't be killed, so there isn't any spawn killing)

edit: answer to the last line: yes, just edit it and pop it back
