CyberPunk -- do you have any response to the repeated requests to go after the ones who have stolen/acted on your stolen information, rather than all of us? Surely you've caused us more than enough hassle with the cheats you have released. I do agree with you that there are a lot of people who have NO business running a server. Servers are just so inexpensive these days that any idiot can afford one. But, there are many other respectable servers out there run by people who aren't assholes. They're just not posting here... though these are the closest thing to official forums for the game, the people who post here make up a very small percentage of the people still playing the game, and many people here are just here for the people and no longer play the game.

I don't know whats wrong with these people, but whatever I say that makes common sense and they don't like it, they don't reply on it. Only on the stuff they could stand chance on... those things they bring up but nothing else. I got already got people telling at some posts it makes very sense.
And yet again, this reply (just about every reply) I will receive the same negative comments again and again and again from those three guys.
Stfu you guys I don't even read your stupid posts if I see them I just keep scrolling on cause it only contains bullshit.
The only thing that made me go on and keep to myself I will take all servers down is because of guys like this. I was even thinking to just quit it because of most people's reply. But then I see replies like those of Spoony & Jball which just aren't right and makes me go on no mather what.

The one who got me out then the time I was testing, I personaly knew that person. And Spoony did not managed to get me off. That other person did and later on I told him on MSN.

If Cyberpunk really wanted to help anything at all, he'd go 'discover' things the way Jonwil and SilentKane do; not go around the internet saying "omg renguard annoys me hlp plz hak around it."

The server owners voted against you. It's not just me or 'the mods'... it's all of us. Those of us who run servers want a fun and FAIR game for everyone. Anyone or anything that hinders that goal is a bad thing to us and not welcome.

DoS attacks are very common but they are not a joking matter. In the US, they can be a serious federal crime under the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act of 1996 with penalties that include years of imprisonment, and many countries have similar laws. For example, Jeffrey Lee Parson, the 19 year old who wrote a variant of the Blaster worm and used it to attack 48,000 computers, was sentenced to 18 months in prison in January 2005, and may additionally have to pay a substantial fine. At the very least, offenders can lose their Internet Service Provider (ISP) accounts, get suspended or fired if school/work resources are involved, etc.
Im not sure if this would pass as the same thing as i dont have any experience in this area. But i do know for a fact there is some kind of legal action that can be taken for this type of thing.

Even worse of a penalty to some people, is the fact that they can ban you from being near computers or using them ever again, like a restraining order almost. Which would totally fuck over a college kid, or a loser.
