Once you get 5000 credits get a technician or hotwire. On most maps there is some place to hide and snipe where no one will find you. Go there. Stay low, and make sure you have a good view of the enemy base. And snipe away. The object of this is that you can get a lot of kills while containing the enemy in there base. This is great for when you team is losing. Good luck.

aye but if you are playing on the crazy ctf i am thinking of, Those technicians/ hotwires give off like 4000-5000 points if killed.
So better way is get a flying sbh, with hottie/tech gun.

you just buy the characters. the server does the changing for you. It's stupid, just like those tank wreckages. the sad thing is that these servers steal many of the ren players who could be playing in all those empty normal ones, or joining my recon racing games

flying SBH is quite funny to camp on the pp / ref roofs, destroying people's recon bikes, but the obelisk-gun is kinda excessive :/

The 5000 hottie/tech has a gun which can zoom in, kills in one shot and fires faster than a sniper but slower than a pistol.

So crazy ctf is equivalent to running Final Ren, Cysomething's Damage Something, etc etc BUT having to actually pay credits to use the weapons? How awesome? o_O

In one of the CTF Servers i went to, this wasnt possible. There was ALWAYS atleast 2 Havocs, 3 Deadeyes, a Gunner, a Sydney(150) and a Patch.
If against Nod, it was 2 Sakuras, 4 Black Hand Snipers, 2 Heavy Black Hand, a defending Stealth Black Hand and a Chem Warrior. You werent getting away without atleast a few scratches.

Must'a been a really, really old version of Crazy CTF then. C4 is disabled in all the servers I've played on.(Except for the single bit of Timed C4 you get when you start out after a respawn.)

A lot of things suck, gbull. Particularly Renegade modifications. But yeah, I'm kind of inclined to agree with you as far as Crazy CTF goes. Too chaotic for my tastes these days. Still fun from time to time, though.
