Yes, I heard about that one also. It's past it's due date, so it could actually happen at just about any time really (the show was called Countdown to Doomsday or something along those lines).

Given the Super Volcano erupts, a good portion of the U.S. will be destroyed and the ash from it could block out the sun to most of the U.S. for a while Crying or Very Sad

Not sure about the rest of what you were told, I'm going on what I've heard about it (and remembered), so yea. Razz

Actually, the consiquences are far more worse. More than 10 million Americans are going to be killed. The aftermath of the explosion will block out the sun in on almost all of Earth, initiating another ice age.
