Be an engie or a hotwire. Then somwhow get to the pilbox-without being seen! Put C4 at the back of the pilbox(inside).Hide! And when sniper goes in-activate C4!!! Sniper go BOOM!!!

The problems with that are twofold: First, as you mentioned, you have to get there unseen- which can be damn near impossible on a lot of wide open maps. Second, you have to lay C4- (which takes away from the mine limit of your team, leaving buildings unprotected, yadda yadda yadda...) as well as stay there unseen (because even if you weren't seen getting there, you will be leaving). If the sniper has good situational awareness- and most snipers do- they will check their radar for nearby contacts before going to a well-known hiding spot. More likely than not, they will have your number long before you have theirs.
