You have enough RAM, a good (great) video card, but your processor needs upgrading. I'm also guessing that with the speed of your processor, your board doesn't support AGP 8x, so it's probably just using 4x which is not the full potential of your graphics card.

I'm the bawss.

does it make a big difference if i have to use a pci graphics card because of a stupid cheap motherboard? My shitty motherboard dosent have an agp! I know it has to make a difference, but can anyone tell me if it might be worth upgrading my motherboard?

I bet your running an 8x AGP graphics card in a 4x AGP slot. As 8x AGP technology is new most motherboards that support it would be for the latest processors (AMD Athlon, Pentium 4). The fact that you have a Pentium 3 800 makes me think that your motherboard wouldn't be 8x APG supported. This could be a possible cause for your poor performance.

EDIT: Only read Crimsons post after i posted this.

There is a 4x AGP version of the GeForce 4 Ti 4600. In performance tests the 8x AGP didn't exceed the 4x by much at all due to the lack of the hardawre to take full advantage of an 8x AGP. I'm sure your local retailer or etailer will give you a refund if not a replacemnt for a different version. Otherwise you should upgrade your Motyherboard, CPU and RAM and use the card that you have.
