How did you get the map and put it back into gmax, or renX, whatever u used. Or did you just put it back into commando, if you did any of those I would like to know how you did it and if you nead any programs, I already know that you need an XCC mixer, but do you need anyhting else. I am going to add bots to maps that I think would be cool to have bots, but I am not going to posat them on a site and take credit for ripping off someone elses work.

Ahem....
EVery map ack has made ive edited, RA1 mod ive majorly edited, working on your models to scaledown size and poly count to use in generals.
so im taking, but not releasin to public....Im not TO criminal.
ACK, you must be a rich kid with no life who has fools for friends.... thats why you wanna boss us around... but still thats clearly glacier...
ALSO.....Its NOD now, EA's newest items have NOD al over it....not Nod.... AKA: Joy Ride's new figures i got, N-O-D.
my advice ack, take a long walk off a short plank with cement shoes and a piece of meat around your neck for the little fishies......

If you don't like his maps then don't use them -period. However others stealing maps and making minor modications without creators consent is lame, immoral, stupid, sick, n00bish and maybe illegal.
If Captkurt01 wants to make maps, fine - he can... but I feel that stealing someone elses map is wrong. What makes it worse in my view, is that he has failed to ask or gain permission to use/modify the maps AND WORSE STILL LABELS IT AS HIS OWN.
Since Captkurt01 did modify/steal that map which belongs to Ack I believe that he isn't behaving like a "ACK, you must be a rich kid with no life who has fools for friends.... thats why you wanna boss us around..." but a person who has been witness to someone stealing his work....
He and others has given much to this community with maps, mods, programs, server admin utils. It is typical of n00bs not to recognize the effect placed in it.
BTW its Nod not NOD.... see renegade next time you load it -_-

I know, jsut triyng to tick ack off.... I made many maps befor, 12, all not ment to be "westwood and ack quality" but because of ack they took one look, said POS, and didnt download.
Also, I severly hate ack, period...and yes im within driving distance of you... I wont spraypaint your lawn, but its legal for my to mow it.... hint hint* :twisted:
also, dont call me newb, just cuz i prefer to act like it to tick ACK off doesnt meen i am one...also I have edited, and its not illegal...
It is made with a tool he did not make, for a engine he didnt make, with ideas HE DID NOT make (RA1 models and maps), only be illegal if i sold his maps.... 
BTW, I said thta about NOD meening the newer EA stuff SINCE renegade....it doesnt matter either, its just a game.... ACK takes it to serious....

You say that he has no life? If i'm not mistaken, it is you who are taking the time to load and change these maps for no reason other than to impress yourself.
So what if he is Rich? What the hell do you find so bad about being Rich? OH, I see, so you would prefer being a beggar on the streets, asking for money than having millions of dollars.

Remember, you said you made what, 12 maps? That obviously takes some level of commitment, thus you must take this game pretty seriously aswell.
Also, stick to words you know how to use. Ignorance has no place in your arguement.

Rather it's illegal or not has nothing at all to do with rather or not you sell it. Stealing games, or other stuff out of a store is illegal if you sell what you stole afterwards, and it's still illegal if you just give it away afterwards.
Everyone owns all copyrights to everything they make.
And yes, he/RenAlertTeam did make those Ra1 models/maps, they didn't pull the models out of Red Alert, or a resource etc.
If you obviously don't know any thing about copyrights, why the hell are you trying to use it in your arguments? It just makes you sound stupid.
